Hello My Name Is...

Grace Selby

Hello! My name is Grace Selby and I want to welcome you and your student to First Grade. I am beyond excited to have the opportunity to work with your child. Over the past 13 years I have had the pleasure of being a 2nd grade teacher, and a 5th grade teacher. Most recently, I have been a special education assistant and a substitute teacher for Douglas County. I am originally from Las Cruces, New Mexico where I attended New Mexico State University and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. My husband Shawn and our three children relocated to Colorado 3 years ago. My daughter Alexa is 16 years old, my son Ayson is 10, and my daughter Alani is 6. We are really enjoying all the opportunities Colorado has to offer. Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and of course shopping! I look forward to working with your child this school year.
