Welcome to Ms Faass' Class
Welcome to 3rd grade at Prairie Crossing! My name is Laurie Faass and I am excited to be your child's teacher this year.  I was born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming and I have lived in the Parker area since 1998.  I have a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education and a Masters Degree in Literacy Curriculum and Instruction.  I have been teaching for 19 years and I am thrilled to be starting my seventh year at PCE!

I have three daughters who attended Douglas County Schools.  Kristen is an X-ray Tech at a local surgery center, Andrea is a Medical Assistant in Highlands Ranch and Sara is a stay at home Mom in Texas.  I have six wild and crazy grandkiddos.   I also have an adorable calico cat named Khloe.  I love reading, traveling and spending time with my family and friends and cheering on my favorite football team. GO BRONCOS!

This is such an exciting time in your child's life and I am honored and privileged to be a part of it. Our year will be filled with lots of learning and lots of fun.  I am looking forward to a wonderful year with your family.
