Hello My Name Is...

Megan Eaton

My fiance Ross and I

I am so excited to be teaching Second Grade at Prairie Crossing Elementary. I cannot wait to meet you and your child. I was born in Kansas City, Missouri, but moved to Colorado during elementary school. I love Colorado and all the things it has to offer. I am very active and love to be outside or up in the mountains. I spend a lot of time with my family and friends and love traveling during my time off. This summer I got married to my wonderful husband Ross. A few of my favorite things are; Starbucks, dark sea-salt caramel chocolate, Netflix, cookbooks, and any and all chapter books. I love to have fun in the classroom, I have an energetic personality and love incorporating movement into learning.

I have always had a passion for teaching and love teaching in the primary grade level. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University. I also have a Master of Art in Teaching from the University of Northern Colorado. This will be my seventh year teaching in Douglas County. I am thrilled for the school year to start and look forward to working with you and your child this year. The best way to contact me is my e-mail at [email protected] We are going to have an incredible year together!
