Welcome to Prairie Crossing Elementary – Prairie Crossing is a neighborhood school, where students are inspired and challenged to reach their individual potential academically, socially and creatively. PCEA along with the very talented, Mr. St. Germain, will host its annual Painting and Pizza Event in the PCE gymnasium.  Invitations were sent home last week. if you did not receive one please email ColoradoPCEA@gmail.com
 and we will send one home with your student.



Book Fair Logo"Books are Magical" Book Fair is Coming October 1-October 5

All classes will visit the book fair to create a Wish List on Friday, September 28th.
Book Fair Hours:
Monday, 10/1: 8am-4pm
Tuesday, 10/2: 8am-7pm
Wednesday, 10/3: 8am-4pm
Thursday, 10/4: 8am-7pm
Friday, 10/5: 8am-12pm

School Supplies Drive for Belize

Each year, PCE supports an organization called the Belize Education Project (BEP) by hosting a school supply drive. The supply drive will run from September 17-September 28. Please click HERE for more information.

Chaparral area feeder schools are having a Family Multicultural Night to celebrate and share cultures in our community. We would like to celebrate the cultures of all our students and families from the United States and around the world.
The event is on 
October 18, 2018 at Sierra Middle School from 5 to 7 p.m.

Birthday ImageThis year you will have the opportunity to "rent the PCE sign" for birthday wishes!  Rent the sign for $20.00 a day and all donations will go to helping Mr. Steve Martin in his fight with ALS.

Youth Mental Health Fair:

Healing Our Youth: Get E
ducated! is a mental health educational program that educates schools (teachers, administrative staff, school employees), parents, and community members who work with youth about mental disorders.  Each event includes a 90 minute panelist presentation and a resource fair. 
The presentation is from 6:30-8pm. 
The resource fair is open from 5:30pm-6:30pm and again from 8pm-8:30pm after the presentation.
